Med-Peds Interest Group (MPIG) HandbookThe Med-Peds Interest Group (MPIG) Handbook was designed to be a resource for students who are interested in starting a MPIG at their medical schools. These documents can serve as a template for your group as you go from presenting the idea to your administration, to creating a constitution and bylaws, to holding your first event!Med-Peds Interest Group are groups of medical students that meet within a given medical school to learn more about the specialty of combined internal medicine and pediatrics. In addition to these documents, we encourage you to contact Kierstin Leslie (Kleslie@uabmc.edu) for any questions or additional guidance. If you are a medical school student, she can also assist in connecting you with Med-Peds physicians in your area.
